Graham Ivory will run the London Marathon 2011 on April 17th. My fundraising page: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/GrahamIvory Hi, thanks for visiting my page. I have been pounding the cold dark streets over the last few months instead of sitting in front of the roaring log fire. I have been up early on Saturday mornings and going for a long runs instead of having a lie in. I have given my dainty feet callouses and blisters. It has all been for one reason, The Virgin London Marathon. Yes, I know I love it really. On a more serious note. Last year my best friend from school, Dean, died from a brain tumour within 4 months of suffering headaches. The form of cancer he had had never been seen before. Dean was one of the nicest people you would have ever met, he left behind a wife and 3 young children, the youngest being 2 months old when he died. I'm raising money in memory of Dean which will be directed towards Brain Tumour Research, headed up by the team involved in Dean's case at The Christie. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on The Christie's behalf if appropriate - don't forget to Gift Aid it.
